June Newsletter - Temecula Theater
Unforgettable Performing Arts At Its Best

The notion of a theater usually suggests performances centered on drama, comedies, tragedies, and improv – but the Temecula Theater in Old Town
is much more than dramatic presentations. It is here that the inviting clamor of musical instruments decorates the stage for unforgettable orchestra programs.

While music is a large part of the Temecula Theater, you will also encounter ballet, opera, jazz ensembles, string quartets, and even entertaining impersonations of the 'King' himself – Elvis Presley.

At any given moment, the sounds of swing, bluegrass, folk, and country music lifts high into the air – tickling the ears of guests situated in the balcony.

The theater has also served as the venue for business seminars and other kinds of presentations.

At the Mercantile, the town awaits
'Jazz at the Merc,' which is held every Thursday for the price of $15.

Allow host Sherry Williams to guide you through a program that allows you to surrender to a different jazz performance each week.

I should also tell you that the best bands in the region have recently found a place to jam, as Friday nights now belong to 'Live at the Merc.'

So, whenever you are ready to explore the state-of-the-art digital lighting and sound systems of the Temecula Theater – just sneak a peek at best-temecula-guide.com, where you are kept in touch with the latest events to hit this cultural carnival of performing arts.
