At the Caribbean Temecula restaurant that I speak of…a fantastic fusion of cultures come to life as colorful salads, eye-catching pasta dishes, and delicious entrees create a unique dining experience for lunch or dinner.

We had the Arriba Eggrolls (pictured above) - filled with shrimp, guajillo peppers and cheese and the mango sauce...it was heavenly! We also had the Pan-seared scallops topped with mango salsa, green papaya, pico de gallo & served with sweet chili sauce.
The flavors were so delectable that I swear I was transposed to a Caribbean island with gentle tropical breezes and the uplifting sound of steel drums playing in the distance...
