Murrieta and Temecula Real Estate was not something I had considered until my husband said to me.. "What about checking out Temecula and Murrieta?" I knew the area was very beautiful since we had previously spent time on holiday in Temecula.
When he said the real estate was a fraction of the price compared to the majority of high end properties found in other parts of Southern California - I was sold!
My husband and I were putting our plans in effect to relocate. We needed a new place to call our own. My husband suggested we explore the possibilities in Temecula, but I was skeptical. Don’t get me wrong – I loved our holidays in Temecula – I just never thought about buying a home and residing in Temecula.
Our next step was to check out Temecula – not as a traveling vacationer – but as a couple looking to capture a piece of the attractive Murrieta and Temecula real estate pie. I really wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was ready for the promise of a brand new start.
Temecula is nestled in a beautiful green valley (situated around 15 miles from the Pacific Ocean). Cool sea breezes blanket the region with the help of the coastal mountains positioned between Temecula and the Pacific Ocean.
This is called the 'Rainbow Gap' an opening to the south through the Agua Tibia Mountains. It allows the cooler coastal ocean breezes to flow through the pass to reach Temecula creating a climate that mirrors the Mediterranean. Because of this, Temecula has some of the cleanest air in Southern California. The air is crisp, unlike the smoggier regions north of the city and afternoon breezes keep the foothills refreshing, even in the heat of the summer.
As we traveled down the Interstate 15 north into the Temecula valley, the skies were a clear blue and I could see the beautiful town of Temecula before me, it had a calming effect which I liked and needed after all the traveling... I was now ready to check out this beautiful area for Murrieta and Temecula Real Estate.
I had already warmed up to a few pluses regarding the Temecula region, including the convenient access to Riverside, San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles by way of Interstate 15. Business jets and commuter airlines weren’t too far off at the French Valley Airport on Winchester Road – providing easy access to leisure and business travel.
