Temecula movie theaters offer a great way to enjoy a nice evening out, break the ice with a first date, or catch up on the latest happenings regarding your beloved action hero.
Bypass theater ticket lines. Buy movie tickets in advance at Fandango.com.
As you explore the Temecula Valley region, you'll encounter four different movie theaters – two of which provide the luxury of stadium seating with high-tech sound systems delivering the dialog of your favorite comedies and dramas.
Just imagine the action scenes of the latest Jet Li film decorating extra-wide screens…I say there's nothing better than enjoying one of the many shows offered at Temecula movie theaters.
Psst – do you want to know a little secret - about making your visit to Temecula movie theaters a much less stressful and time-consuming process? We purchase our movie tickets in advance at Fandango.com. This online convenience allows us to print out a receipt that eliminates all the waiting in line and the crowded frenzy of Friday night debuts.
Simply walk up to the theater doors, hand over the receipt to the person collecting tickets and you're in! If you’d like details regarding show times, current film outlines, and engaging easy-to-read movie reviews – this is definitely one of the best websites you'll ever come across!
To get an idea of some of the Temecula movie theaters awaiting your craving for buttery popcorn, Twizzlers, chocolate covered peanuts, and an over-flowing cup of Pepsi – consider one of the most satisfying classic choices in local entertainment found at:
• Edwards Temecula Stadium 15 (40750 Winchester Road; Temecula, CA 92591): Since the Promenade Mall is where you will find this selection; it is one of the best Temecula movie theaters to enjoy after a fun day of shopping at Macy's and JC Penney's. A nice meal awaits at one of the on site eateries, including delicious hamburgers at Red Robin's; a taste of Japanese at Sushi Boat; Mediterranean delights at Daphne's Greek Café; or savory pizzas at California Pizza Kitchen. You can also enjoy a tasty meal at some of my favorite restaurants, the
Aiyara Thai Cuisine
or the
Vallée d' Brume French Bakery
and Restaurant just across from the Mall at the lovely Bell Villaggio European Village. To check on current show times or inquire about the Regal Crown Card (which earns you free movies and snacks), call Edwards Temecula Stadium 15 at 951-296-0133.
• The Movie Experience at Tower Plaza (27531 Ynez Road, Temecula, CA 92591): Travel down I-15 at Rancho California Rd to enjoy the movie theater in Temecula that provides easy access to a nice meal at Chili's or the Black Angus Restaurant. With stadium seating and all-digital sound, the films literally come to life before your very eyes. The outside of the theater is a treat to encounter with neon lights decorating the exterior of a rather attractive structure. The theater is known for featuring an exciting monthly Classic Movie Series sponsored by the Colony Movie Buffs Club.
General admission for the Movie Experience is $9, whereas matinées (starting before 5:30pm) are priced at $7. Children and seniors are charged a discounted price of $6.50. Active military (with valid ID) pay $8.
One of the main attractions of the Movie Experience is the Sunday evening Screening Room Classics ($7.50 at the door), where some of Hollywood's finest, including the likes of "Grease" will show. For additional details, I suggest placing a quick call to 951-698-7800.
• Temeku Discount Cinema (26463 Ynez Road, Temecula, CA 92591): When you're trying to enjoy a decent movie, but don’t want to spend the exorbitant prices that seem to have infested today's movie theater industry – catch the latest flicks that have just left other theaters for a discounted treat. Matinees are only $3.25, while evening shows run $4. The theater is also wheelchair accessible and offers listening devices. For more information and show times, call 951-296-9728.
• Movie Experience 17 at Cal Oaks (41090 California Oaks Road, Murrieta, CA 92562): Head for the Target Center in Murrieta in order to enjoy an evening at the movies. With all-stadium seating and all-digital sound – patrons pay $9 in general; $7 for matinees; $6.50 for children and seniors; while students with a valid ID pay $8. Unlike the Movie Experience found at Tower Plaza – I should mention they do not offer the Classic Movie Series at this location. To gain access to show times and other information, make sure to call 951-698-7800.
I know you'll be pleased after a visit to one of the Temecula movie theaters about town, which is great for that perfect Friday night outing or fun for the whole family on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
